The Therapy Directory website was a static website with some duplicated content.
It consisted of over 60 pages of HTML. It was well indexed by Google.
Each year the effort to update the content became more complicated:

We advertise in local publications, local internet directories and using Google adwords.
We also run campaigns with special offers for certain businesses.
Our first offer was for Dentists or Orthodontists.
We offered a 20% discount.
The offer initially ran through March and April.
It was extended to the end of May 2010.
